How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received your tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us at haejinjewelry@gmail.com
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify it.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us at haejinjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you offer gift packaging or custom messages?
Yes! We offer premium gift packaging and the option to add a personalized message to your order. Simply select the gift option at checkout or leave a note with your message, and we’ll beautifully wrap your jewelry for that special touch.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the stock availability of the item.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Once your order is finalized, we work diligently to ensure it is shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry, but we understand that sometimes a piece may look different in person than it did on our website. If you try it on and decide it’s not for you, we’d hate for you to keep something you don’t love and we certainly don’t want you to worry about return shipping costs.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in new condition. We provide a prepaid return label, so you don’t have to pay for return shipping.
For custom or engraved pieces, we charge a $200 restocking fee, as these items are specially made just for you.
If you’d like to initiate a return, simply email us at haejinjuewelry@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to send you a return label.
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors, building security, or local carrier office. If it is still missing, contact us at haejinjewelry@gmail.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
For extra protection, we recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item following our return policy.
