Lifetime Warranty, Returns, and Upgrades

At Haejin Jewelry, we believe your jewelry should last a lifetime, both in beauty and in quality. Every piece is crafted to the highest standards, and we proudly stand behind it with our Lifetime Warranty.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Loose or lost accent stones (side stones under 0.20ct) due to normal wear
  • Prong tightening, re-tipping, and stone security checks to keep your jewelry secure
  • Complimentary professional cleaning and polishing

What is not covered:

  • Loss or theft of your jewelry
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or tarnish
  • Replacement of center stones over 0.20ct (these should be protected by separate jewelry insurance, which we highly recommend)

How to use your warranty:

  1. Bring or send your piece to our Williamsburg studio for inspection
  2. Our team will assess the repair under warranty
  3. If covered, we will complete the work at no cost. If not covered, we will provide a repair estimate before proceeding

Shipping Policy (United States)

All domestic orders within the United States are subject to a flat shipping fee of $40.
We use insured, trackable shipping services to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.

  • Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security.

If your item is custom-made or made-to-order, please allow additional production time before shipment.
International shipping options are currently not available.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please note that a flat $40 shipping fee applies to all orders shipped within the United States. Return shipping remains complimentary.

Online Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will provide a prepaid return label.

Return shipping is on us. We strongly recommend using the provided prepaid label to ensure your package arrives safely.

In Studio Purchases

If you made your purchase in person at our Williamsburg studio, you may return the item directly at the studio within 60 days, along with your original receipt.

Restocking & Return Conditions

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to any returns made outside the 60-day window.

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns over $750 within the 60-day window.

  • Returns postmarked after 60 days will only be eligible for store credit.

Lifetime Lab-Grown Diamond Upgrade Program

Your love story evolves and your diamond can too. Haejin Jewelry offers a Lifetime Upgrade Program for your lab-grown center stone.

At any time, you may return your original Haejin lab-grown center diamond and apply 70% of its original purchase price (excluding tax) as credit toward a new lab-grown center stone of equal or greater value.

Program Highlights:

  • No expiration. This program is valid for life

  • Apply 70% of the original purchase price (excluding tax) of your Haejin lab-grown center stone toward a new lab-grown diamond of equal or greater value

  • Your diamond must be verified as a Haejin stone and accompanied by the original receipt and documentation

  • Applies only to lab-grown center stones; settings, side stones, and other jewelry are not eligible

If your upgraded diamond does not fit your original setting, we offer:

  • Complimentary resizing where possible
  • A precious metal credit toward a new setting based on the value of the gold or platinum from your original Haejin setting

At Haejin Jewelry, our precious metal credit program is designed to honor both our craftsmanship and your trust. We offer credit only for original Haejin Jewelry pieces, ensuring the value is based on a clear and fair assessment. This approach allows us to maintain the highest standards of transparency while supporting the sustainable reuse of materials.

Your original diamond and setting will be responsibly reused or recycled, in keeping with our commitment to sustainability.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 917-909-0249 to arrange for a replacement or repair.
