Our Founder’s Story

My name is Sue, and I want to welcome you to Haejin Jewelry.

I was born in Flushing, raised in New York City, and my journey in jewelry began on 42nd Street in Manhattan’s famous Diamond District. I started from the ground up, learning every part of the craft: design, casting, sourcing, and production. Over the years, I earned the trust of some of the most respected names in the industry. Even today, when I walk down that street, I am greeted by people who know me for my commitment to excellence and my refusal to compromise on integrity.

Those lessons shaped Haejin. This company is more than a business to me. It is a reflection of how I believe luxury should be defined: not by how much one spends, but by the honesty, care, and values behind every piece.

We only work with ethical, lab-grown diamonds. You will never find mined diamonds at Haejin. Every stone is carefully certified by trusted laboratories such as IGI, GIA, or GCLA, so you know exactly what you are receiving.

Through our Ring Design experience, you can bring your vision to life. Choose the setting you love, select the diamond that feels right for you, and if something does not fit perfectly, we will adjust it. You may also purchase a setting on its own and pair it with your own stone, even a natural diamond, if that is your choice.

Every piece that leaves our studio is inspected with meticulous care. And because your jewelry should last a lifetime, we provide a lifetime warranty. If anything ever falls short, we will repair or replace it so you can wear your piece with confidence for decades to come.
