Where do I even begin? Haejin is truly such a magical place, all thanks to Sue and her radiant energy. My (now!!) fiancé and I went to Haejin to look for my engagement ring, and from the very beginning Sue made the entire experience feel so easy, thoughtful, and personal. She helped guide us through the process and somehow brought my dream ring to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, but I still can’t believe how breathtaking my ring is. Sue found the most incredible antique elongated cushion stone — truly the ring I had been searching for my whole life, even in my dreams!! I am endlessly grateful for Sue’s incredible work, her care, her patience, and the love she puts into every detail. She made sure my ring felt absolutely perfect, but most of all, I’m so grateful to have met her. I truly cannot recommend Haejin enough. Sue is absolutely incredible to work with. She helped me create the ring of my dreams--she sourced me a gorgeous stone for a truly amazing deal. Sue involved me in the whole process, so I got to see the stone in person before moving forward, and got a mockup of the design as it was being made. The result is unreal. I'm so happy I went with a caring, in-person jeweler who is invested in getting her clients exactly what they want (for an unbelievable price I might add!!). Local, woman-owned, and realistic pricing...I can't say enough good things about Haejin Jewelry. I have my eye on my next piece already!

Sue is the best. She helped us craft the perfect engagement ring step by step, explaining each feature. Unlike other places I visited, it was obvious that Sue really cared about finding what was best for us, and not just trying to sell us the most expensive ring possible. We went to a few places before we found Haejin in Williamsburg. This place is tucked in a residential area never knew there was such a place.. By that point I was honestly a little overwhelmed. I thought picking an engagement ring would be fun but it turned into comparing specs and second guessing everything. And too many decisions! When we walked into this studio it felt cozy and not corporate. We asked a lot of questions about lab grown diamonds and certifications and their craftsmanship and Sue walked us through all the design and stone options. We wanted time because it’s a big investment. We came back multiple times to ask questions and she was so patient in answering our questions. We were thinking of going with the pre made but in the ended decided to design a custom engagement ring and I ended up changing my mind more than once. I wanted something that only I would wear. I was actually kind of surprised at how beautiful the ring came out because I kept adjusting little details along the way. She was surprisingly patient about it all and never made me feel difficult. That meant a lot. The ring feels like something we chose together and took time on. Besides having to go out of our way because this place is not on the main road, the ring came out beautifully!!

I was nervous about ordering an engagement ring online especially from a small business. Its not something you buy everyday and I wasnt sure if it would look the same in person. The price seemed reasonable so I ordered knowing they have a return policy. I figured I can drive to the location to get it returned or use their prepaid return label if anything doesnt seem right. I bought the semi set engagement ring for my fiancee with a 1.4 carat round diamond that came with GIA certification. The ring and especially the diamond price was more affordable than the big box brands.. I was worried it would look different but when the box arrived it was surprisingly better than what I expected. Most importantly my finances loves the ring. Overall I had a good experience here! My fiancee and I might visit their store some day.

Sue helped me pick out a lab grown diamond ring and she was super patient. No pressure at all. She actually told me to take my time and not to buy until I was ready which I really respected. You can tell she cares about quality. She said she personally checks every diamond before it goes in the case and only carries high color high clarity stones like DEF. She also answered all my questions about returns and how to take care of the diamond. The ring I got was exactly what I wanted and the price was really fair for the quality. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for my next piece.
