my now fiance(!!) and i had a great time at haejin! i went in with no appointment (although i would recommend one) and no idea what i wanted, and sue took such lovely care of both of us. she educated us on the diamond grading scale and showed us such beautiful diamonds that she had curated herself, and let me try them on with different bands to see what i liked. the rings are made to order, so after the deposit was paid she sent over a rendering of the ring and made sure everything was perfect. the ring turned out absolutely gorgeous, and i’ve gotten so many compliments on it. i’m so glad sue was a part of our engagement story, and i cannot recommend her enough!

I was nervous about ordering an engagement ring online especially from a small business. Its not something you buy everyday and I wasnt sure if it would look the same in person. The price seemed reasonable so I ordered knowing they have a return policy. I figured I can drive to the location to get it returned or use their prepaid return label if anything doesnt seem right. I bought the semi set engagement ring for my fiancee with a 1.4 carat round diamond that came with GIA certification. The ring and especially the diamond price was more affordable than the big box brands.. I was worried it would look different but when the box arrived it was surprisingly better than what I expected. Most importantly my finances loves the ring. Overall I had a good experience here! My fiancee and I might visit their store some day.

I don't usually leave reviews but I had such a great experience at Haejin Jewelry I felt like I should share. I've been to a bunch of jewelry stores over the past few months and honestly most of them felt pushy or way overpriced. Haejin was completely different. Sue helped me pick out a lab grown diamond ring and she was super patient. No pressure at all. She actually told me to take my time and not to buy until I was ready which I really respected. You can tell she cares about quality. She said she personally checks every diamond before it goes in the case and only carries high color high clarity stones like DEF. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had such a great experience at Haejin Jewelry I felt like I should share. I’ve been to a bunch of jewelry stores over the past few months and honestly most of them felt pushy or way overpriced. Haejin was completely different. Sue helped me pick out a lab grown diamond ring and she was super patient. No pressure at all. She actually told me to take my time and not to buy until I was ready which I really respected. You can tell she cares about quality. She said she personally checks every diamond before it goes in the case and only carries high color high clarity stones like DEF. She also answered all my questions about returns and how to take care of the diamond. The ring I got was exactly what I wanted and the price was really fair for the quality. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for my next piece.

I bought my daughter a stunning pair of 1ct lab-grown diamond earrings, and Sue was absolutely wonderful to work with.
