At Haejin, we do more than adjust existing settings. We design rings from the ground up, just for you.

What Does “Custom” Really Mean?

When you choose to design a custom ring with us, you are not modifying a template. You are co creating an original. Every detail is shaped around your vision, your love story, and your style.

We use advanced CAD (Computer Aided Design) software to sculpt your ideas in 3D so you can visualize the design before it is made. From the curve of the band to the prongs that hold your stone, every angle is yours to define.

Throughout the process, we provide digital previews and, when appropriate, physical samples so you can see and feel your design as it develops. These checkpoints ensure that every element feels right before we move forward.

You should feel complete confidence at every step. If something does not feel right, we will adjust or pause the process. This journey is yours, and our role is to support it with honesty, care, and craftsmanship.

What You Can Customize

There are countless possibilities and we guide you through them with care. Here is just a glimpse of what you can personalize:

  • Setting styles: solitaire, halo, three stone, hidden halo, east west, vintage inspired, and more
  • Band details: thickness, taper, profile shape, hidden gems, engraving, gallery work
  • Metal: 14K or 18K yellow, white, or rose gold, or platinum
  • Stones: exclusively lab grown
  • Stone shapes and sizes: round, oval, pear, marquise, emerald, radiant, cushion, and more
  • Finish and texture: high polish, brushed, matte, or hammered

This is not a filter system or a drop down menu. It is a conversation and a collaboration.

Your Design and Your Intellectual Property

Unlike mass retailers, we never reuse or resell your design. Your concept belongs to you, ethically and creatively.

Your CAD renderings and sketches are exclusive, just like your story. If you wish, you can also register your design formally so that no one else can reproduce it without your permission.

What to Expect: The Custom Journey

Step 1: Tell Us Your Story

We begin with a conversation about your inspiration, preferences, and priorities.

Step 2: CAD Design in 3D

We translate your vision into a digital model so you can see your ring from every angle.

Step 3: Samples and Revisions

You will receive previews and, when appropriate, physical samples to explore the design. We refine until it feels like yours.

Step 4: Expert Craftsmanship

Once you approve the final design, your ring is crafted by trusted artisans using ethically sourced materials.

Step 5: Delivery or Proposal

We deliver your ring in time for your special moment or hold it safely until you are ready.

Cost, Timeline and Options

Custom design begins around $600 and the final cost depends on materials and complexity. We always walk you through pricing before you commit.

Custom work typically takes 4 to 6 weeks after design approval, depending on revisions and stone sourcing. Rush options may be available.

This is different from configuration, where you mix and match ready settings and stones through our Design Tool. At Haejin, you can either create something entirely from scratch or configure a design from our collection.
