At Haejin, we don’t just customize existing settings. We design them from scratch, just for you.

What Does “Custom” Really Mean?
When you choose to design a custom ring with us, you're not modifying a template. You’re co-creating an original. Every detail is shaped around your vision, your love story, and your style.
We use advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to sculpt your ideas in 3D, so you can visualize the design before it’s made. From the curvature of the band to the prongs that hold your stone, every angle is yours to define.
And throughout the process, we provide physical (not digital) samples during different stages so you can hold it, see it, and make adjustments. These checkpoints ensure that every element feels just right before we move forward. We do this because we believe your final piece should feel nothing short of perfect.

What You Can Customize
There are millions of combinations and we guide you through them with care.
Here’s just a glimpse of what you can personalize:
Setting styles: solitaire, halo, three stone, hidden halo, east west, vintage inspired, and more
Band details: thickness, tapering, profile shape, hidden gems, engraving, gallery work
Metal: 14K or 18K yellow, white, or rose gold, or platinum
Stone types: everything lab grown
Stone shape and size: round, oval, pear, marquise, emerald, radiant, cushion, and more
Finish and texture: high polish, brushed, matte, or hammered

Your Design, Your Intellectual Property
Unlike mass retailers, we never reuse or resell your design. It’s your intellectual property, and it belongs to you, ethically and creatively.
Your CAD renderings and sketches are exclusive, just like your story. You’ll be able to download your CAD files anytime from your account.
If you choose, you can also formally register your design to protect it as intellectual property. That means no one can reproduce or sell your design without your permission.

We begin with a conversation. Your inspiration, preferences, and priorities.
Step 2: 3D CAD Design
We translate your vision into a digital model using advanced CAD software. You’ll see your ring from every angle.
Step 3: Samples and Revisions
We provide samples throughout the process digital and always physical so you can explore the design and suggest any changes. You’re never locked in. We revise until it feels like yours.
Step 4: Expert Craftsmanship
Once you approve the final design, your ring is brought to life by trusted artisans using ethically sourced materials and meticulous detail.
Step 5: Delivery or Proposal
We’ll deliver your ring in time for your special moment or hold it safely until you’re ready to propose.
Cost, Timeline and Options
Custom rings start around $600 and increase based on materials and complexity. We’ll always walk you through pricing before you commit.
Custom design typically takes 4 to 6 weeks depending on revisions and stone sourcing. Rush options may be available.
This is different from configuration, where you mix and match pre-made components from our collection of settings and stones.
