Your Brooklyn Band Evening

You have been to the studio. You know the block, the bell, the table. Tonight you arrive together. Sue greets you both and sets out two trays of bands. Your partner tries a polished half-round and holds their hand against yours. You try a flat band with a brushed finish. Sue talks about how comfort fit changes with knuckle size, how wider bands distribute weight, how couples sometimes match metals and sometimes do not. After, you walk to Kokomo and get cocktails at the bar. The Brooklyn evening is warm and the conversation is about centerpieces.

How to Find Your Wedding Band Near Brooklyn

Whether you start online or visit us in person, every band at Haejin Jewelry is made to order. There is no inventory to browse, no display case to lean over. You design something that exists nowhere else in the world. Here's how it works.

1. Explore

Start with our Band Atelier to configure your perfect band online. Choose shape, metal, width, texture, and more. Or browse our eternity bands and wedding bands collections to see what speaks to you.

2. Consult

Walk in or book a private appointment at our Williamsburg studio, 10 minutes from Brooklyn. Sue will sit with you, learn what you're drawn to, and guide you through metals, widths, and profiles at your pace. Most visits are 30 to 45 minutes. Couples are welcome to design together. No pressure, no upselling.

3. Create

Once you've chosen your design, we build it. Made-to-order production in recycled gold. For eternity bands, your lab-grown diamonds are set by hand. Your band is finished within a few weeks and shipped with free insured delivery. 60-day returns if anything isn't perfect.

Why Brooklyn Couples Return for Their Bands

Brooklyn couples come back because they do not start over. You found a studio you trust, and you built a relationship with the person who runs it. Sue made your engagement ring. She knows the setting height, the prong count, the way your partner holds their hand. The wedding band has to live against that ring every single day, and the person who made it is the person who should design its companion. That is not brand loyalty. That is craft logic.

Celebrate Near Brooklyn

Gage and Tollner on Fulton is one of Brooklyn's oldest restaurants, reopened with gas-lit chandeliers and private dining rooms in the back. Book the parlor for a rehearsal dinner of 24. For a larger celebration, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden hosts ceremonies and receptions under the cherry blossoms or in the glass conservatory.

"I had no idea what I wanted but Sue helped guide and educate me. She encouraged me to take my time in my decision as it was a big one! I didn't see the final creation until I was proposed to and I was blown away. Truly exactly what I wanted. I am so happy to support a small business in my neighborhood."

"Unlike other places I visited, it was obvious that Sue really cared about finding what was best for us, and not just trying to sell us the most expensive ring possible. If you go with Haejin you absolutely will not regret it and you will receive something better than you ever could've imagined."

"She helped me create the ring of my dreams. Sue involved me in the whole process, so I got to see the stone in person before moving forward, and got a mockup of the design as it was being made. The result is unreal. Local, woman-owned, and realistic pricing...I can't say enough good things about Haejin Jewelry."

"She guided me, explained all the different options, we iterated together to find something which my partner would like and then she manufactured our dream ring for us. Sue is incredibly warm and kind and I can only recommend anyone to go to her. My fiancee immediately said yes and she thinks the ring is 'just perfect.'"

Questions from Brooklyn Couples

What types of wedding bands does Haejin offer from the Williamsburg studio?
Sue makes plain bands in recycled gold starting at $1,200, eternity bands with lab-grown diamonds starting at $800, and stackable rings. Every band is made to order. You choose the metal, width, profile, texture, and edge from dozens of options.
How do Brooklyn couples typically pick wedding band styles?
Most start by trying on a few widths and profiles in the studio. Sue keeps samples in every metal so you can see the color on your skin and feel the weight on your hand. The decision usually becomes obvious once you try a few on.
Can we design wedding bands that stack with an existing engagement ring?
Yes. Bring your engagement ring and Sue will design a band that sits flush against it. She can match the metal exactly or suggest a contrasting metal for a layered look. Stacking is one of the most common requests she gets.
Is it better to buy wedding bands from the same jeweler who made the engagement ring?
Not necessarily. What matters is fit. Sue designs bands to pair perfectly with engagement rings from any jeweler. Bring the ring in, and she will take precise measurements so the two sit together with no gap.
How far ahead of a Brooklyn wedding should we order bands?
Four to six weeks is ideal. That gives time for a consultation, production, and a final fitting. If you are getting married at Brooklyn City Hall or a local venue and need them sooner, Sue can sometimes accommodate a rush timeline.

Ready When You Are

No rush. No deposit. No commitment until you're sure. Just a conversation about what you're imagining, in a studio where nobody works on commission.

Most first visits are 30 to 45 minutes. Some couples come with a clear vision. Some come with nothing but a feeling. Both are perfect.

Sue will walk you through metals, widths, profiles, and textures at your pace. You'll leave knowing exactly what you want and what it costs. Whether you come back is up to you.
