We don't have a 'men's section.' Every ring in our studio can be made in any size, any width, any metal. Want a diamond? A plain band? A signet? Your ring is your call.
Matching or Individual
Some couples want identical rings. Others want rings that share one element, like the same gold tone, while looking completely different. We've done both. We'll figure out what works for you.
Built to Last
Every ring is solid recycled 14K or 18K gold or platinum. No plating, no vermeil, no hollow construction. Lab-grown diamonds, IGI certified. Built for decades of daily wear.
A Studio, Not a Store
Our Williamsburg studio is small on purpose. When you come in, it's just you, your partner, and Sue Kim, the founder and designer. No sales floor, no gendered displays, no one watching over your shoulder. She'll walk you through metals, stones, and styles at your pace. The studio sits in one of Brooklyn's most welcoming neighborhoods. Walk-ins are always welcome.

How to Design Your Ring
Every ring at Haejin Jewelry is made to order. There is no inventory to browse, no display case to lean over. You design something that exists nowhere else in the world.
1. Explore
Start with our online Ring Builder to browse settings, shapes, and metals. Or visit the Custom Design page to begin something entirely your own.
2. Meet Sue
Walk in or book a private appointment at our Williamsburg studio. Sue sits with you, learns what you are drawn to, and walks you through diamonds, metals, and settings at your pace. Want matching bands? Individual designs? Signet rings? She will help you figure it out.
3. Create
Sue handles the design and production personally. 3D CAD modeling, revisions until every detail is right, and made-to-order production in recycled gold with an IGI-certified lab-grown diamond. Your ring is finished in 2 to 3 weeks.

There are a lot of places to buy an engagement ring in New York. Department stores with fluorescent lighting. Chain jewelers where the salesperson sizes you up before you sit down. Online retailers where you never see the ring until it arrives in a box. Haejin Jewelry is none of those things. We are a woman-owned studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our founder, Sue Kim, trained on 47th Street and spent six years learning from the best diamantaires in the Diamond District before opening her own studio. She works directly with every client. There is no sales team, no call center, no script. When you email us, Sue responds. When you visit, Sue is the one sitting across from you with a loupe and a quiet room. Couples come to Haejin because they want someone who listens before she designs. Someone who will show them the diamond under a microscope before it is set. Someone who treats the ring as seriously as the moment it represents.
The Same Diamond. A Different Origin.
A lab-grown diamond is not a simulated diamond. It is a real diamond. Same carbon lattice, same Mohs 10 hardness, same fire under restaurant lighting. The only difference is origin. One came out of the earth. Yours was grown in a chamber that recreates the conditions 100 miles below the surface. Sue will show you the stone under a microscope before it is set. You will not be able to tell the difference. Neither will anyone else.
